i am really impressed with the workouts in ufc fit. it is by far the most comprehensive workout on the market. the structure of the program is good, and there are plenty of hours of workouts to fit into a busy lifestyle. people are getting more and more active and this can be a challenge for them. the first workout in this series of workouts is called “cardiokick” and it is a cardio-dance routine with very little upper body work. the next in the series is the “bodyrock.” it was not as hard as it is described. i did the first workout and it was very easy. but i only did the first couple of workouts in it.
